Under the guidance of visionary leadership, the company built a strong reputation in HT works (6.6 kV & above), transmission systems, substations, and electrical contracting, earning the trust of DISCOMs, thermal power plants, and large industrial clients.
With the changing energy landscape, SEPL Infra strategically expanded into solar power, solar EPC, and solar structure manufacturing, while strengthening its manufacturing, automation, and grid management capabilities.

A visionary leader with over 55+ years of experience in high-tension electrical works and infrastructure development. Under his leadership, SEPL Infra has grown into a leading name in solar EPC and electrical contracting, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation in every project.
Mr. Rahul Sharma Managing Director
With 32+ years of experience across electrical trading, contracting, manufacturing, and SCADA automation, Mr. Rahul Sharma is the driving force behind SEPL’s transformation into a multi-dimensional infrastructure company. As the sole channel partner for GE Grid Automation in Rajasthan for 20+ years, he has played a key role in advancing grid automation and substation technologies.Under his leadership, SEPL expanded into transmission line structure manufacturing, solar EPC, and solar park development, significantly strengthening its presence across public and private sector projects.
Mr. Yash Sharma CEO (Renewable Energy)
A new-generation leader with a strong academic foundation and execution mindset, Mr. Yash Sharma leads SEPL Infra’s renewable energy vertical. With hands-on experience in solar EPC, solar parks, and structure manufacturing, he has successfully delivered 48+ MW of solar projects across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
His leadership has earned SEPL Infra industry recognition, including two Renewable Energy Company of the Year awards, while expanding the company’s footprint in utility-scale and distributed solar solutions.
Mr. Prakhar Sharma Director (Manufacturing)
Representing the third generation of leadership, Mr. Prakhar Sharma brings technical depth and operational excellence to SEPL’s manufacturing division. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Operations & Supply Chain Management, he leads the production of solar mounting structures and utility transmission structures, with capacities of 1000 MT/month (solar) and 800 MT/month (utility).
